Such a fun place to dine outside on the patio. Lots of families and so many picnic tables. And pet friendly patio! Staff brought her a water bowl and a smoky treat! Rush hour Saturday evening, arrived at 5:30pm and the line seemed long. But took less than 15 minutes in line and worth the wait. Love their Mac and Cheese and BBQ sauces.

Soooo good! We always get the el general Patton 3 meat sandwich with the cheesey corn casserole! 10/10! We also got the turkey sliders for the 1st time and the meat was so juicy! Really good price for $4 for the amount you get of turkey.

Caldwell's BBQ is absolutely fantastic! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was perfectly smoked with a mouthwatering flavor. The sides are delicious too, especially the mac and cheese. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a great place for a family meal or casual dining. Highly recommend for any BBQ lover! Steve, the manager made our experience over the top amazing and we can't thank him enough!

I’m actually from TriCities, WA (Pasco) and we are “in town” to visit family. They brought us by last night and it was surreal. The people, the atmosphere, the food, everything was AWESOME. We had the Ribs, Brisket, and Sausage as entrees and sides that included the Cornbread Casserole, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw, and Baked Beans. All four of ate heartily for about $100. We will be back :)

Visited with family to celebrate a birthday. I’m from Kentucky where we have great barbecue but this place really beat everything. So good! I recommend coming at the least busy times. It gets very busy (and noisy) in prime times. The scent of the smoking wood (mesquite?) was wonderful!

30-year anniversaries are special, so my lovely wife chose Caldwell County BBQ for our special occasion. I am so glad she did! I had brisket, she had turkey. We ate it all and took 2 more meals of turkey home. I don't know what I've been eating all these years on Thanksgiving (I was told it was turkey), but it sure was season good as what I had at Caldwell County! Atmosphere was 'chill', staff was awesome! Olivia was especially helpful and kind. Can't wait for Thanksgiving! Yeh, I said it...

We ordered the family meal for 4, which included brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and two sides. We ordered an extra pint-sized side, going with potato salad, coleslaw, and macaroni. The whole meal was ~$65, which was more than enough for four adults and two children. Overall, this was a great BBQ spot, with quality service. Check out the Sweet-n-Spicy and Arizona Gold sauces.

Great smoked brisket sandwich and mac & cheese. Their BBQ sauce is delicious! Nice, friendly staff and warm atmosphere, with inside and outside seating available. Prices are at a premium but it's an overall good experience.

We were in town from Texas and had to try this place. It did not disappoint!! The brisket is so delicious and perfectly seasoned, as is the turkey. We would definitely visit again! Adorable outdoor area, also! Very welcoming and made us feel at home!

As someone from the south, I've really struggled to find good BBQ in Arizona, I was not expecting this place to be as good as it was, those were some of the best ribs I've had in a long time. It was also the best banana pudding I've ever had, I'm definitely coming back here again
